Return Policy

When you buy at impact.earth, you buy from makers and brands we select with care. Products are often shipped directly by the maker. For that reason the return address can differ per product. Below you can read exactly how returns work and which rights you have by law.

Your statutory cooling-off period: 14 days

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts on the day after you (or someone you appointed) received the product. If your order consists of several products with different delivery dates, the period starts on the day you received the last product.

Some products have a longer return period. We will let you know the period that applies to your product when you request your return. It is never shorter than the statutory 14 days.

We arrange the return address for you

Because products are shipped from different makers, the return address can differ per product. You do not need to figure this out yourself. Simply register your return (see below) and we will look up the correct return address and tell you exactly where and how to send the product back. This keeps things clear for you and lets us process your return quickly.

Brands we select for you

Our range consists of brands we select with care. For you, impact.earth is and remains your point of contact, no matter which brand your product comes from. Your statutory cooling-off period of at least 14 days always applies. Unsure about the conditions for a specific product? Contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange it for you.

How to register a return

Register your return within the 14-day cooling-off period. You can do this:

• through your account, with the relevant order;
• through the contact form or by e-mail to [email protected];
• using the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

After you register, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back to the return address we send you.

Cost of returning

The cost of returning is for your account, unless stated otherwise with the product or when you request your return. Keep your proof of shipment until your return and refund have been processed.

Refund

After we approve your return, we refund the purchase amount, including the standard delivery cost of your original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, we refund the standard rate.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back, or until you have shown that you sent it back, whichever comes first.

Condition of the product

You may try out the product as you would in a shop. If you go beyond what is needed to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct any loss of value from your refund. Please return the product in its original condition and packaging as far as possible.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to some products. The main exceptions are:

• custom-made or personalised products;
• products that perish quickly or have a limited shelf life;
• sealed products that are not suitable to return for reasons of hygiene or health once the seal is broken after delivery;
• sealed audio, video or software once the seal is broken after delivery.

If an exception applies to a product, we state this with the product.

Faulty, damaged or wrong product

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a sound product that does what you may expect of it (statutory conformity). Is your product faulty or damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us at [email protected]. We will look for a suitable solution together, such as repair, replacement or refund. These rights are separate from the 14-day cooling-off period.
